thierry mortier is a belgian semiotic architect operating in the field of contemporary art. At the basis of his work lies his research into semiotic generation through semiotic satiation. Superimposing signs to construct signs of superposition, called noizuyo-e, pictures of the noisy world. ノイズ 世 絵.
